The Site connects your call to an independent contractor. We do not perform the work and are not a party to what you agree with that contractor. Site content is general information and not professional advice. The full terms below are what apply.

- 1. Agreeing to these termsUsing waterdamagerestorationlouisiana.com (the "Site") or calling a number on it means you accept these terms. The Site is operated by Muhammad Aamir Siddiqui ("we", "us"). If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
- 2. What the service isThe Site is a referral service. When you call, your call is connected to an independent, licensed water damage restoration contractor who speaks with you. We do not provide restoration, inspection, repair or remediation services ourselves.
- 3. Contractors are independentContractors are not our employees, agents or partners. Any estimate, price, fee, scope, schedule, warranty, payment or contract is solely between you and the contractor. You are responsible for checking a contractor's license, insurance and suitability before hiring them. We do not guarantee availability, arrival times, quality or results.
- 4. Information onlySite content is general information. It is not legal, insurance, engineering, medical or safety advice, and it may not fit your situation. Content may be out of date or contain errors despite our care. Insurance and legal questions should go to your insurer or attorney.
- 5. SafetyWater damage can involve electrical, gas, structural and health hazards. Do not take risks based on anything on the Site. In a danger to life or property, leave the area and call 911 or your utility. The Site is not a dispatch or public safety service.
- 6. CallsCalls may be routed, logged or recorded as described in our privacy policy and as the law permits. Standard carrier charges from your phone provider may apply.
- 7. Acceptable useYou agree not to misuse the Site or phone lines, including by placing fraudulent or harassing calls, interfering with the Site, scraping it in bulk or using it unlawfully.
- 8. Intellectual propertySite text, images and design belong to us or our licensors. You may read and share links to pages for personal use, but you may not copy or republish content without written permission.
- 9. Other websitesLinks to agencies and other third-party sites are provided for reference. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for them.
- 10. No warrantiesThe Site and service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law.
- 11. Limits on liabilityTo the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from a contractor's acts or omissions or from your reliance on Site content. Some laws do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
- 12. IndemnityTo the extent allowed by law, you agree to hold us harmless from claims that result from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.
- 13. Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
- 14. Updates and contactWe may change these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Questions can be raised by calling the number on the Site.
